shop.zenzebra.in is run by Bohemian Curations Pvt Ltd (GSTIN 07AAMCB2083P1Z5), A-11, 2nd Floor, Okhla Phase I, New Delhi 110020. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed once your payment succeeds and you see the confirmation page. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, a price or listing was wrong, or we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Delivery is ₹80 on orders under ₹500 and free from ₹500. We accept online payment only (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay). We do not offer cash on delivery.

Products

We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens differ, and handmade or small-batch items can vary slightly.

Your account of yourself

You confirm the details you give us are correct and that you are 18 or older, or ordering with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Intellectual property

The ZenZebra name, logo, artwork and site content belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

Indian law applies, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
