Where we deliver

We deliver across India to serviceable pincodes. If your pincode cannot be served, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Cost

₹80 on orders under ₹500. Free delivery from ₹500. The fee includes GST and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Timing

We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Delivery then usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, festivals or courier delays.

Tracking

Use your order number on the Track page. Once your parcel ships, tracking details are sent to you by email.

Delivery problems

Please check the parcel on arrival. If it is damaged or tampered with, record an unboxing video and write to tanmay@zenzebra.in within 48 hours. If a delivery fails because the address or phone number was wrong or you were unreachable, re-delivery may cost extra.
